MCP Terms

Last updated: 2026-05-13. Use of the MCP server is subject to the applicable MailSenpai agreements and these technical terms.

Permitted use

You may use MailSenpai MCP only for MailSenpai accounts and data you are authorized to manage. AI assistant actions run with the permissions of the configured customer and plan.

High-impact actions

Sending, scheduling, deletions, tracking, bounces and customer management are subject to scopes, limits, explicit confirmations and audit. The user remains responsible for prompts, approvals and content sent.

Consent and revocation

By connecting the app you accept these terms and the privacy notice. You can revoke access from the AI client or MailSenpai account. Consent evidence is documented on the Consent page.

Limitations

The service is provided under the applicable MailSenpai agreement. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not guarantee commercial results, specific deliverability, compatibility with every AI client or absence of AI assistant errors.
